Our team
Managing Owner. Over 20 years of experience in turnaround management. With Heidenbauer since 2012, representing the third generation of the family business.
Group Finance Managing Director. Over 15 years of experience in the accounting and controlling sector. With Heidenbauer since 2013.
Managing Director for STEEL. Over 30 years of experience in the steel construction industry. With Heidenbauer since 1983 in various roles, including production, assembly und project management.
Managing Director for ALUMINIUM since 2008. Group Sales Manager since 2016. Over 25 years of experience in the glass-facade and metal construction industry. With Heidenbauer since 1994 in various roles, from engineering to project management.
Managing Director for STAINLESS STEEL. Over 10 years of sales experience in the stainless steel pool industry. With Heidenbauer since 2024.
Managing Director for ROOFS+FACADES. Vast experience in the roofing and metal industry. With Heidenbauer for over 15 years – including roles in assembly, calculation and project management.

Organic growth as well as numerous mergers and acquisitions have seen Heidenbauer expand considerably to provide skills across all sectors of the metal construction industry with production plants in both Wr. Neudorf and Bruck an der Mur. It remains a family-run business and is currently managed by the third generation.
